I was referred to Kash Akhtar by a surgeon friend of mine due to ongoing knee problems over a number of years. He saw me at the Cleveland Clinic and after an MRI scan he recommended a course of treatments, including a knee brace and an injection of Cingal. Throughout the process he has been professional and very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services.

After a cycle accident I required MCL and PCL reconstruction. I was transferred to Mr Kash Akhtar, and I have to say I couldn’t ask for a better consultant. He explained the operation to me extremely well and made me feel comfortable in what was to happen. Not only did he do an excellent job with the operation itself, he and his team have been incredible at making sure I get the post operative care I needed and taken great care to make sure I understood everything that was happening in the progress I was making. When I first met Kash, I was struggling to do the simplest of day to day tasks, but now I am back running, cycling and dancing only a year on from my op.

I was recommended by a friend in the medical profession to see Kash with my knee injury caused by playing football over a decade ago .My knee condition was diagnosed by Kash after an MRI scan and physical inspection . I’m not big on visiting doctors but Kash was deeply knowledgeable , precise and I felt I was in excellent care with a practitioner who clearly takes his profession seriously. I have made an excellent recovery following Kash’s intervention . I very rarely do any reviews but felt compelled to do one!. I would 100% recommend Kash for any knee concerns.

I was cared for by Mr Akhtar in relation to debilitating knee pain that was preventing me from exercising. As a result of the excellent care provided my knee is now pain free. I would highly recommend Mr Akhtar as he was - thorough in carrying out diagnostic tests and scans to identify what exactly was causing the knee pain - explained clearly the results of the diagnostic tests, the treatment options, including the risks and benefits - keen to explore conservative treatment in the first instance rather than going straight to surgery - thorough in terms of aftercare and follow up - always calm and approachable Very grateful for the care received, thank you
